Sunday Services
First Presbyterian provides an opportunity for traditional worship in the sanctuary and follows the reformed model for liturgy, music (with organ and choir), prayer, scripture, the preached word, and the peoples response.
In worship we seek to magnify the glory of God and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ in ways that challenge the mind, nourish the spirit, honor tradition, demonstrate liturgical depth, exercise creativity in its use of music and the arts, and address the needs of individuals and families today.

Communion
In the act of remembering that is the Lord’s Supper, we receive and trust the love of Christ present to us and to the world. Through it, we are renewed and empowered to be the church, the body of Christ, in the world. Communion is normally observed the first Sunday of the month.
